Voice Contact Center with Polish Contact Center Awards

OEX Voice Contact Center has been honored with two prestigious awards during this year's edition of the most important competition in the Polish contact center and customer care industry – the Polish Contact Center Awards. VCC received recognition from the jury in two categories: Best Trainer (the award went to Katarzyna Pianko-Szlachte) and Best Supporting Technology (an accolade for the Boromir system). Additionally, the company was acknowledged for the best partnership within the "Patient, Not Customer" project. Boromir is an innovative tool used in the customer service process, allowing for online consultation monitoring, management, and data analysis. This advanced technology integrates an application built within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with proprietary tools for collecting and merging data from multiple sources. The entire tool was created and implemented by experts from the New Tech division of Voice Contact Center. -Boromir represents another step toward customer service excellence.
