OEX Cursor and Absysco Launch First Real-Time Merchandising Management Application on the Market

OEX Cursor and Absysco have launched the MMonline application, which allows remote management of the merchandising process in real-time. This is the first solution of its kind on the market. With this application, business clients gain access to "here and now" data, enabling them to better manage sales support processes in retail outlets and networks. The MMonline application represents a significant step forward in the development of technology in the field of sales support services. The solution allows for better utilization of report data and increases the speed and efficiency of actions, which translates into the effectiveness of building positive consumer experiences. The application is another enhancement to the technologies previously used by OEX Cursor. - We operate in a way that not only meets our clients' expectations but also anticipates them by analyzing the latest trends in both B2C and B2B areas. The MMonline application is the result of work that confirms this approach. For us and our business partners, it represents a new, more efficient level of collaboration between the field team and the client. We can implement the solution in any of our projects, as it is available in the App Store and Google Play - says Przemysław Bogdański, CEO of OEX Cursor. Technological partnership is the key to success The creation and launch of the application result from years of collaboration between OEX Cursor and its technology partner, Absysco, a company specializing in designing and implementing advanced IT systems for retail sector companies. The project, development, and functionality testing were conducted in collaboration with Coca-Cola HBC Poland. Key functionalities were confirmed, including the ability to quickly obtain feedback and easily verify data, with the client gaining real-time insight into merchandising activities. - Because this is not our first joint project, the creation, testing, and implementation of the application were possible at such a fast pace. We have developed an operating model in which the reporting path is minimized, facilitating direct access to clearly presented data for all interested parties - notes Mariusz Daniluk, Vice President of the Management Board, Absysco Key information and status updates here and now A sales representative can access information about visit statuses, task completion levels, and results, as well as photos taken at the point of sale with just one click. This allows them to evaluate actions almost in real-time. Subsequently, a Key Account Manager can monitor task completion status in their network using the same application, and a Regional Manager can do so for all points in their area. Additionally, employees can receive automatic notifications with key information about a given task. Undoubtedly, shortening the information transmission chain has an impact on increasing the effectiveness of implemented sales strategies.
- We realized that to maximize the application's efficiency, the tool must be available on smartphones and tablets. And it has become so. We also ensured it is intuitive to use. We reduced the number of 'unwanted clicks.' As a result, the client's employees no longer have to wait for information reported by the merchandiser and then passed to the producer's headquarters. They can immediately see the results of visits in their stores - explains Tomasz Staszczuk, Group Account Director at OEX Cursor
